Secondary packaging for autoinjectors
  • Autoinjectors or PFS assembled with safety device/add-on components are individually packaged in blister packaging
  • Blister packaged systems are placed in unit boxes labelled with laser etched lot number and expiry date
  • Unit box printed information is visually inspected with automated camera systems
  • Unit boxes are consolidated into shippers which are check weighed to ensure accurate unit count
  • Shippers are palletized on site for local or international shipping to destination countries
  • Finished products can be stored in temperature-controlled warehouse until shipment
